Ashley Chambrello, LMFT

Ashley Chambrello, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of The Growth Chapter, a group counseling practice based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. She has worked with couples since 2015, supporting partners in strengthening connection, improving communication, and navigating conflict with greater understanding and compassion.

Ashley is Level One trained in the Gottman Method and a Gottman Leader for The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based research and focuses on helping couples move from cycles of conflict to clarity, emotional safety, and lasting connection. Ashley is passionate about creating practical, accessible experiences where couples can learn skills they can immediately apply to their relationship.

Michelle Marais, LMFT

Michelle Marais, LMFT began her career in Marriage and Family Therapy after graduating with her degree in 2015. She is the owner of Mindful Mending, LLC, a group therapy practice with offices in both Cromwell and Rocky Hill, CT. Michelle has continued her education and knowledge with couples work through completing Level One and Level Two trainings in the Gottman Method and is a Gottman Leader for The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.

Michelle is dedicated to helping couples learn evidence-based skills on how to overcome and manage conflict that arises in every relationship. Michelle enjoys teaching couples how to use the tools they need in order to create a lasting and meaningful connection with their partner and mindfully making change for their lives.
